Frisco’s online utility payment system is temporarily unavailable due to a ransomware incident affecting third-party vendor BridgePay. Residents can use the secure temporary payment link posted on the City of Frisco website.⚠️ Southbound 5th St. Closure: Lanes remain closed between Main and Elm Streets for utility work through Sunday, Feb. 15 at 5 PM.
